Melissa Gardner
Director of Corporate Sales
Melissa enters her first season with the Worcester Sharks as the Director of Corporate Sales.
Gardner, a Sterling, Massachusetts native has an extensive hockey background and marketing experience at the professional sports level. Prior to joining Sharks staff, Melissa spent one year as the Promotions and Marketing Coordinator for the UMASS-Lowell Riverhawks (NCAA). Melissa has also been employed by the Quad City Flames (AHL) as the Vice President; the Springfield Falcons (AHL) as the Marketing/Game Operations Manager; and the Elmira Jackals (UHL) as the Marketing/Event Manager. She has also worked for the i wireless Center, MassMutual Center, Arkansas State University, and the Coach USA Center (Elmira, NY) in various capacities.
The 30-year old received a bachelor’s degree of Science in Business Administration from Elmira College and graduated from Notre Dame Academy of Worcester.
As the Director to Corporate Sales, Melissa is responsible for the sales and fulfillment of all corporate sponsorship accounts.
Gardner currently resides in South Boston, Massachusetts but plans to move to the Worcester area.
