Development History
Worcester Sharks NHL Alumni
The Worcester Sharks have been developing players for the NHL’s San Jose Sharks since 2006. 38 players have donned a Worcester sweater before seeing action in San Jose. 17 of these guys are still wearing the teal sweater as they build on their already impressive resumes.
Some of the leagues biggest names have passed through Central Massachusetts. The players that have spent time in Worcester include Stanley Cup Champions, Individual award winners, First Round Draft Picks, and some of the best known personalities in hockey.
