SAN JOSE – San Jose Sharks Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that the club has assigned right wing Devin Setoguchi to the Worcester Sharks, the team’s top development affiliate in the American Hockey League.

Setoguchi, 20, began the season on the Sharks Injured Reserve list with an ankle injury and did not appear in any regular season games.

The native of Taber, Alberta was originally selected by San Jose in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft (1st round, 8th overall).
