San Jose Sharks sign goaltender Aaron Dell
Dell has an 8-4-2 record with the Worcester Sharks
SAN JOSE, CA - San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) General Manager Doug Wilson announced that the team has signed goaltender Aaron Dell for the remainder of the 2014-15 season.
Dell, 25, has posted an 8-4-2 record with a 1.91GAA and a .929 save % with the Worcester Sharks this season along with an 8-1-2 record with the Allen Americans in the ECHL.
He was originally signed by the Worcester Sharks to an AHL contact during training camp this season.
Dell won the CHL (Central Hockey League) Championship with the Allen Americans in 2013 and was named the CHL’s most outstanding goaltender in 2012-13. Aaron is the career leader at the University of North Dakota in goals against average (1.79) and save percentage (.923).
