Tyler Kennedy headed to Worcester

SHARKS ASSIGN TYLER KENNEDY TO WORCESTER SHARKS ON CONDITIONING ASSIGNMENT
 
SAN JOSE - San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that the club has assigned forward Tyler Kennedy to the Worcester Sharks on a long-term injury conditioning assignment.
 
Last season in his first year with San Jose, Kennedy posted four goals, 13 assists and 34 penalty minutes in 67 games with the Sharks.
 
The 5-foot-11, 185-pound native of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, was acquired from Pittsburgh via trade on June 30, 2013. He was originally selected by Pittsburgh in the 2004 NHL Draft (4th round, 99th overall).
