Worcester Sharks add forward Riley Brace

WORCESTER, MA – Worcester Sharks General Manager Wayne Thomas announced today that the Worcester Sharks have signed forward Riley Brace to an amateur tryout agreement (ATO). Per club policy, terms of the deal were not announced.

The 5-11, 185lbs forward and native of Ottawa, Ontario led the Mississauga Steelheads (OHL) in assists (52), points (73), and penalty minutes (89) this season. The 21-year-old was voted the 3rd smartest player and the 3rd best playmaker in the OHL Eastern Conference Coaches Poll.

Brace accumulated 234 points (89-145-234) in 304 career games with Mississauga over five seasons and was a teammate of Dylan Demelo. He is the franchise leader in games played (304) and tied for the franchise lead in points (234). Riley will wear #28 for the Worcester Sharks and began practicing with the club on Friday.
