SAN JOSE SHARKS REASSIGN FORWARD FRAZER McLAREN TO WORCESTER
SAN JOSE – San Jose Sharks Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that the club has reassigned forward Frazer McLaren to the Worcester Sharks, the team’s top development affiliate in the American Hockey League.
McLaren played in four games with San Jose this season, making his NHL debut on Oct. 3 at Anaheim. He picked up his first NHL point that night, assisting on Jason Demers first NHL goal. He collected his first NHL fighting major on Oct. 8 vs. Columbus.
The six-foot-four, 235 pound Winnipeg, Manitoba native was originally selected by San Jose in the seventh round (203rd overall) of the 2007 NHL Entry Draft.
Opening night at the DCU Center is Saturday, October 17th vs. the Lowell Devils. The first 3,000 fans will receive a Derek Joslin bobblehead and a magnet schedule! Check us out!
