WORCESTER SHARKS ANNOUNCE TV GAME SCHEDULE ON CHARTER TV3
Charter TV3 to air nine Worcester Sharks home games this season
WORCESTER- Worcester Sharks President and CEO Michael T. Lehr announced today that the Worcester Sharks will have nine games aired on Charter TV3 for the 2009-10 season.
“The Worcester Sharks are pleased to team up with Charter TV3 once again this season,” said Lehr. “Charter TV3 is a tremendous partner. They will provide our great fans with a terrific production of action packed Sharks’ hockey throughout the season from the comfort of their own homes.”
Worcester Sharks Broadcaster Eric Lindquist will be joined by the Sports Director of Charter TV3 Kevin Shea for the third straight season.
Kevin Shea is a 12-year veteran of the television station, which is based in Worcester, and owned by Charter Communications. Each weeknight, “Worcester News Tonight” viewers enjoy watching Kevin provide a variety of sports highlights and interviews focused on local schools and athletes. This includes the award-winning “Friday Night Football Frenzy” co-hosted by Kevin along with Andy Lacombe. Shea also provides play-by-play coverage of local high school and collegiate football and basketball games, plus Worcester Tornadoes baseball games.
“Charter TV3 is pleased to once again team up with the Worcester Sharks, said the Director of Local Programming for Charter TV3 Michael Marcy. “They provide a high caliber of on-ice excitement, plus the Sharks are a classy organization with their involvement in the community.”

· Friday, December 18th vs. Manchester @ 7:05PM
· Friday, January 8th vs. Hartford @ 7:05PM
· Friday, January 29th vs. Manitoba @ 7:05PM
· Friday, February 5th vs. Lowell @ 7:05PM
· Friday, February 26th vs. Abbotsford @ 7:05PM
· Friday, March 12th vs. Binghamton @ 7:05PM
· Tuesday, March 23rd vs. Syracuse @ 7:05PM
· Friday, April 9th vs. Hartford @ 7:05PM
Entering their fourth season in Worcester, the Sharks look forward to another exciting season highlighted by the improvements of the ice surface at the DCU Center and the reduction of season ticket prices!
