Worcester Sharks Booster Club Donates $650 of School Supplies
Worcester Children and Teens Set for Success

The Worcester Sharks Booster Club recently collected and donated over $650 worth of school supplies and backpacks to the Set for Success Schools Supplies and Backpack Program at Friendly House in Worcester. These supplies benefited homeless and disadvantaged children and teens, allowing them to head back to school well-prepared.

With the generosity and assistance of W.B. Mason, The Worcester Sharks Booster Club was able to supply approximately 50 children with a backpack, a dozen pens and pencils, erasers, a ruler, compass, notebook, binder, highlighter, paperclips, and hand sanitizer.

“A top priority of the Worcester Sharks is giving back to the community. We believe it’s important to give children the tools they need to succeed whether it’s in schools, the community, or through sports,” said Sharks Booster Club President, Rich Lundin.
