Jess Higham begins her first full season with the Worcester Sharks as the Administrative and Event Coordinator after joining the club on a full time basis in December of 2011.  She will assist in the Administration, Merchandise, Community Relations, Game Operations, Ticket Sales, and Corporate Sales departments. Jess will oversee and coordinate the daily working schedules and helps manage the intern program and kids club.

 

Higham impressed the Sharks office with her unmeasured passion and work ethic during the beginning of the 2011-2012 season as a part-time Inside Ticket Sales Representative.  Previously, the Hudson, MA native interned for the Sharks in the Marketing and Ticket Sales Departments during the summers of 2009 and 2010, as well as serving as a Game Day Intern during the 2010-2011 season.

 

Jess earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a Minor in Legal Studies at Bryant University. While at Bryant, Jess was the president of the Delta Sigma Pi Co-Ed Business Fraternity, as well as part of the student senate for the class of 2011.  She currently resides in Hudson.
