ADA COMPLIANCE

The comfort of our patrons is essential; therefore the DCU Center recognizes the special needs of the physically challenged. Every effort has been made to comply with these needs, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).  Generally, our facility policy for wheelchair seating is one physically challenged individual and one attendant.  All entrances for both the arena and convention center are handicapped accessible. There are also designated elevators within the convention center for greater convenience.  The DCU Center also offers seating for the visually and hearing impaired.  The same guidelines apply for the visually challenged seating as with the seating for the physically challenged; and listening devices are provided to our hearing impaired patrons who request it.  We do ask that all requests for listening devices be made one week prior to the event.  Physically challenged seating is, by law, available in all price levels and is available in many sections of the arena. For more information please visit http://www.dcucenter.com/facility.php.
