On the first of every month during the regular hockey season the Worcester Sharks will hold an “essay of the month” contest. Check Sharksahl.com on that day for specific topics. We may ask a specific question, request a general essay or ask you to respond to a leadership statement.
JANUARY'S ESSAY TOPIC
Henry Ford said, "Whether you think you can or whether you think you can't, you're right."
Explain why you either agree or disagree with that statement. Give examples where applicable.
Responses should be between 250-1000 words (1-4 pages).
Due Date: All essays must be received by the Worcester Sharks by February 8th, 2008.
Essays may be created as a word document, attached to an e-mail and sent to [email protected]. Essays may also be mailed to our office.

Essays will be judged based on content, pointed response to the specific assignment, grammar, spelling and clarity. Essays deemed to be among the best will be posted on Sharksahl.com and the writers will receive a prize.
