Sharks Praying for Olson After Terrible Plane Crash

altWorcester Sharks forward Glenn Olson was found conscious on Saturday evening after he was in a terrible plane crash.

Olson was flying with two friends to Merritt Mountain Music Festival when their Cessna 172 went down on Vancouver Island. The pilot of the plane was pronounced dead at the scene, while Olson and another friend (name unknown at this time) were flown via helicopter to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Comox, British Columbia.

Olson is currently in the intensive care unit with a broken leg and a collapsed lung among other injuries.
