WORCESTER - With Opening Night on October 13th just 25 days away, the brand new DCU Center Club is coming along nicely behind section 117. The new Club is slated to make a grand opening on Opening Night for the Sharks when they play host to the Portland Pirates. With that being the case, the Sharks organization has an extra special buzz around October 13th and the second season in franchise history.
The new Club will have an array of special amenities to it. Although all fans will have the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful new club, Sharks season ticket holders will have exclusive access prior to all 40 Sharks home games. Its location, behind the zone the Sharks attack twice, gives an exceptional feel to the game that will provide some of the best views in Professional Hockey.
“The new Club will offer a game experience that is new and exciting,” said David Daniels, Sharks Chief Operating Officer. “We will have tremendous sightlines into the rink, flat screen televisions for game broadcasts and a contemporary setting. Our fans are going to be very pleased with the design and service in this state of the art facility.”
“We’re excited to offer our Season Ticket Holders exclusive pre-game access to this beautiful new feature,” added Sharks Ticket Sales Manager Zack Hoover. “We feel we give our season ticket holders many perks and this is just another to add to the portfolio.”
With the excitement and buzz around the DCU Center and Sharks offices, fans are sure to enjoy an entertaining 2007-08 season. The Club is just another added experience to Sharks games that are sure to be entertaining this season.
