Worcester Sharks Community Notebook!
This week FINZ and the Worcester Sharks have been very busy. Out and about in the community, here is where we have been in the past week and where we are headed.
Where we’ve been:
Thursday, September 18
Saint Gobain Employees United Way Fundraiser Kick Off! FINZ started his weekend early last week, when on Thursday he visited the Saint Gobain Employees United Way Fundraiser Kick Off on New Bond Street in Worcester. FINZ got to try a new activity -- the street luge!
Friday, September 19
St. Mary School and Parish Family Festival! On Friday night, FINZ made some new friends at the St. Mary School and Parish Family Festival from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, September 20
Worcester DPW & Parks Open House! FINZ was up early on Saturday morning, visiting the Worcester DPW & Parks Open House from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. FINZ got a ride by himself and with some friends!
Millbury Fire Department Field Day! FINZ then swam over to the Millbury Fire Department Field Day, held at Shaw Middle School from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. FINZ entertained the crowd and had a blast at the Field Day!
Northborough Applefest Streetfair! FINZ also made a stop at the Northborough Applefest Streetfair! FINZ met tons of new friends and had a blast!
Sharkhead Shootout at Wachusett Mountain Kidsfest! FINZ capped off his Saturday at Wachusett Mountain Kidsfest in Princeton. FINZ helped fans refine their shooting technique, and cheered on all those who participated.
Sunday, September 21
stART on the Street! FINZ stARTed Sunday off on a high note at stART on the Street on Park Avenue in Worcester from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. FINZ fit right in, and shared his art form of entertaining the crowd!
West Boylston 200th Anniversary Parade! FINZ, being the history buff that he is, was sure to stop by the West Boylston 200th Anniversary Parade. FINZ learned about West Boylston's rich history and met some of the town's current residents!
Sharkhead Shootout at Wachusett Mountain Kidsfest! FINZ ended his weekend with a return to the Sharkhead Shootout at Wachusett Mountain Kidsfest. FINZ gave pointers and offered support for the shooters!

Staples in Framingham! FINZ will be at Staples in Framingham from 11:30a.m. to 12:30p.m.
Sunday, September 28
UMass Walk to Cure Cancer! FINZ and Sharks Staff will be at the UMass Walk to Cure Cancer at the UMass Medical School in Worcester from 12:00p.m. to 2:00p.m.
