Blood Drive A Tremendous Success!

Worcester, MA – The Worcester Sharks and New England Surge teamed up to host a successful blood drive from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday inside the Convention Center Lobby at the DCU Center.

The early donors were welcomed by FINZ who appeared from 10-12 noon before Surgeo took over from noon-2 p.m. All donors received a voucher for two FREE tickets to a Sharks home game along with having the chance to win great memorabilia from goaltender and top prospect Thomas Greiss. A Greiss game-used (and autographed )stick, bobblehead doll, and signed collector’s card were all raffled off at the conclusion of the day.

The Surge also had a table set up, so fans were able to obtain their ticket voucher and information from the other professional team that calls the DCU Center home.
