This week FINZ and the Worcester Sharks have been very busy.  Out and about in the community, here is where we have been in the past week and where we are headed.

 

 

 

                     

Employee Appreciation Week!  From 2:00-3:00 p.m. FINZ made an appearance at the Small Business Service Bureau, Inc. in Worcester for their Employee Appreciation Week.  He also brought along a Worcester Sharks gift basket which was raffled off.  FINZ handed out ice cream and took pictures with the employees!  He loved meeting his fans and making new friends!

 

Nate Gernache Motorcycle Run and Car Show.  FINZ started his morning off by attending this great event.  From 9:00-10:00 a.m. FINZ visited children and their families who showed their support for this great cause.  He met with fans, made new friends and got to see all of the awesome motorcycles and cars.  Even though it was hot, there were tons of motorcycles which left to go on the motorcycle run which began in Shrewsbury at SAC Park.  There was great food, a silent auction, vendors, face painting and it was an all around FINTASTIC event!

 

FINZ visits the EcoTarium!  Always a lover of the outdoors, FINZ visited this great indoor and outdoor museum from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.  He wanted to show his support not only for the EcoTarium but he wanted to help them celebrate their Health and Safety Day!  The Worcester Sharks even set up their Sharkhead Shootout!  Children and families spent time shooting some pucks for prizes, meeting FINZ and walking around to all of the great vendors.  FINz and friends danced to the great music, enjoyed food and even took a ride on the train, a great attraction at the Ecotarium!  Click HERE for more information about this exciting museum located in Worcester!

 

      

 

 

6:30-7:30 p.m.  FINZ will be appearing at the Diamond Auto Group Wednesday Cruise Night in Worcester!  Diamond Auto Group and JamnPromotions are just as excited as FINZ is to check out the cars and motorcycles, listen to music and eat great food.  It is a gathering for friends and families of all kinds.  FINZ cannot wait to meet all of his fans and meet new people!  He hopes to see you there!

 

 

 

12:00-2:00 p.m.  FINZ will be appearing at the WEEI / Jimmy Fund Radio Telethon!  This event will be held at DICK’s Sporting Goods at the Lincoln Street Plaza in Worcester.  WEEI and Jimmy Fund will be there starting at 9:00 a.m. and everyone hopes to see you there.  Meet your favorite SHARK FINZ, play games, win raffle prizes and learn more about the great job the Jimmy Fund has been doing for Cancer research.  Donations will be accepted for this great cause and do not forget to take your picture with FINZ because he is really looking forward to this event!

 

 

10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.  Join FINZ as he starts off his busy day by attending the AMF Auburn Lanes Junior Registration!  Meet FINZ and learn more about the Worcester Sharks while registering for a bowling league!  There will be a table set up for the Worcester Sharks, so we hope to see you there!

 

12:45-7:15 p.m.  Join the Worcester Sharks at the Midstate Junior Sharks Tournament!  Staff members will be teeing off at 1:30 p.m. and FINZ plans on stopping by at some point throughout the day!  Hopefully the weather will be nice for this great tournament which is taking place at Leicester Country Club in Leicester, MA.

 

1:00-2:00 p.m.  FINZ will be at the WXLO Cutest Kids Expo at the Auburn Mall!  Click HERE to learn more about this event!  Enjoy great music, games, awesome prizes and vendors from all over!  This is a great event not only for children, but for adults as well.  So bring your families and friends and don’t forget to catch up with FINZ!
